Catch of the week:
Doug Pearson from Shotley Bridge had a great session Saturday taking eight fish for almost 16lb including a fish of 3lb.

Memorable Moment of the week:
After a spell of cold, wintry weather fish have been feeding well despite lower water temperatures. Anglers fishing close to the bank are having best results and the urge to cast long distances needs to be resisted for best returns!
Best areas and methods:
The south bank fished well over the weekend with three limit catches coming from this area. Powerbait Bloodworm has worked well and is often a popular fly or bait to use over the winter months.

Please note: Stocking again this week for the half term holiday
