Draycote Water

600acre Draycote water, located near Rugby, is a fly only fishery that enjoys huge buzzer hatches. This gives the venue a reputation as one of the best “top of the water” fisheries in the country with anglers drawn from all over the British Isles as well as overseas to fish from its 4 miles of available bank fishing & its fleet of 33 powered boats.

Season: March – November
Managed by Fishery Management (UK)Ltd

In association with local anglers fundraising and charitable trusts we raised the £10,000 required to put a Coulam Wheely Boat on the water allowing disabled anglers easy access to the fishing.

A popular day permit water Draycote has also built an enviable reputation as a top class competition water hosting a number of major finals & internationals.

BANK ANGLERS CAR PASS: Bank anglers are allowed to drive around the 5 mile perimeter road, giving them easy access to all available bank fishing. Vehicle access is limited to 30 cars at any one time. We therefore recommend you call the lodge in advance to book a vehicle access pass to ensure on arrival you have access to the perimeter road.

Our popular 2, 3 & 4 day fishing breaks allow you to split days between our other fisheries Eyebrook, Foremark & Draycote.

We also offer casting lessons, tuition days & guided trips with all our instructors & guides employed at our waters, full details on available courses www.flyfishtuition.co.uk
