Craig Husband opted to fish the whole of the South Shore starting form opposite the lodge working his way down to the car park. Craig netted 3 rainbows including one at 4lb 10oz ledgering with Cheese and Chartreuses Powerbait.

Best areas and flies:
The East Bay and South Shore produced the best sport for fly anglers this week. Andy Moscrop from Loftus had a great days sport fishing East Bay taking 4 rainbows and returning a further 6 on slow retrieve using Black Spider and Orange Blob patterns. Other fly’s that produced good result’s included Dawson’s Olive, Nomads and Kate McLaren.

Best areas and baits / lures:
Once again the fish have been nicely spread around the reservoir although during the latter part of the week the East End was fishing extremely well. Green, Orange and Yellow Powerbait were effective along with White Mice tails. Worm, Maggot and Spinners all had their moments as well.
